McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in fabrication, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment
• Performing basic welding tasks – aluminium welding experience required
• Supporting tradespeople with day-to-day workshop duties
• Operating tools, equipment, and machinery under supervision
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace
• Ensuring all work is completed to quality and safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Basic aluminium welding skills
• Previous experience in a fabrication or mechanical workshop
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
• A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of manual work
• A current 'C' class driver’s license
• Availability for occasional weekend and on-call work
