McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general and intermediate welding including Aluminium and stainless
• Repair, fabricate and maintain machinery and equipment
• Conduct repairs, parts change-outs, and regular maintenance
• Assist with capital manufacturing projects
• Ensure all work complies with quality assurance protocols and safety standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade is essential
• Proven experience in a fabrication workshop or similar role
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
• Availability for occasional weekend and on-call work
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Excellent communication skills
• A valid 'C' class driver’s license is required
• Use of Autocad preferred but not essential
