Join McLean Farms as WHS and HR Support, where you’ll contribute to essential Work Health and Safety (WHS) initiatives while providing clerical Human Resources support. About the Role This role focuses primarily on WHS support, with clerical HR responsibilities. You will assist the People and Culture Team in maintaining compliance, promoting safety awareness, and supporting operational needs across McLean Farms sites. Key Responsibilities - Assist with WH&S audits, hazard identification, and compliance during site visits.
- Maintain training, incident, and inspection records, and ensure data accuracy in safety management systems.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions and WH&S appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents to support WHS and HR initiatives.
- Manage purchase orders, requisitions, and job requests.
- Participate in Health and Safety meetings, record minutes, and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
- Organise and maintain confidential documents and records.
- Update and manage the ChemWatch system with required safety documentation.
What We’re Looking For - A motivated and organised individual eager to contribute to WHS and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- A P1, P2, or C Class Licence.
