McLean Farms is a family-owned agri-business with a reputation for quality.  We are seeking a Water Truck Driver at our Organic Nutrients compost facility.  The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, motivated, possess a strong work ethic, and be a team player.

Daily duties may include but not limited to:

• Safely operate water trucks to transport water on site.
• Watering windrows of raw materials.
• Conducting daily routine maintenance and pre-starts on machinery.
• Other duties may include temperature monitoring and general landscaping when water trucks are not in operation.       

To be successful in your application, you will possess the following attributes and skills:

• Current valid HR license is essential.
• Machinery Operation competency is desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience, with the ability to troubleshoot breakdowns would be desirable, but not essential.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to carry out a range of tasks.
• Be prepared to work cooperatively as part of a team but be able to work autonomously when required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and motivated.
• Willingness to adhere to all health and safety, biosecurity and operational requirements.

You may be required to work reasonable overtime to meet operational demands.  You will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and pre-employment medical.
