Are you passionate about agriculture and looking for an exciting role in a thriving family-owned agri-business? McLean Farms, located just 30 minutes southwest of Toowoomba in Pittsworth. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Boilermaker to join our team. This role involves a mix of on-site and off-site work, and is of physical nature.  

About Us:

McLean Farms is a diversified, family-owned agri-business renowned for our excellence in livestock and food production. Our operations span a wide range of agricultural enterprises, including grain, compost, and feed mill operations. Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform general and intermediate welding
• Perform repairs on machinery and equipment
• Oversee and mentor the apprentices.
• Read and interpret Workshop drawings
• Conduct repairs, parts change-outs, and regular maintenance.
• Capital manufacturing
• Ensure all work complies with quality assurance protocols and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Boilermaker (trade qualified) is essential.
• The ability to read and interpret Workshop drawings.
• Weekend and call out work will be required at times.
• Good attention to detail and safety standards.
• Good communication skills.
• 'C' class license is essential.
