About the Role:

As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our organisation’s financial health. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial insights, supporting sound business decisions, and driving sustainable growth. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive financial and administrative support to the finance team, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimise cash flow operations, providing detailed forecasting and analysis to guide payment scheduling.
  • Lead evaluations of capital expenditure projects, analyse potential returns, and provide in-depth reporting to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports that offer actionable insights, supporting decision-making processes.
  • Deliver precise costing reports, enabling efficient budgeting and cost control across various departments.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry, maintaining the integrity of our financial systems.
  • Lead account reconciliation efforts, ensuring financial data aligns with reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with the finance department, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert accounting guidance to other departments, enhancing financial process understanding across teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
  • CA or CPA certification is desired but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar accounting role is highly regarded.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience with financial software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
