Proudly owned by Australian Farmers McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises including grain, feed mill, compost, poultry, and transport operations. We’re looking for an Ancillary Administration Support to support our Ancillary Services team with day-to-day operations, documentation, reporting, procurement, and general administration. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, however part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. - Assist in day-to-day operational administration, ensuring timely and accurate support
- Prepare, maintain and generate regular reports to support planning, compliance, and operational reviews
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and supplier documentation
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and monitor action items
- Maintain organised filing systems and accurate records
- Assist with data entry, registers, and documentation control
- Provide flexible administrative assistance across the Ancillary Services division as required
What You’ll Bring: - Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Experience writing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint essential)
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and within a team
- Experience within fleet, transport, logistics, or a production environment (ideal but not essential)
