About the Role

In this role, you will travel across our poultry sites to ensure safe, consistent, and compliant operations. You’ll collaborate closely with our Biosecurity & Animal Welfare Manager and Farm Managers to support best practices. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of biosecurity and animal welfare programs across farms
  • Conducting routine audits and inspections of facilities and processes
  • Preparing reports, identifying risks, and following up on corrective actions
  • Monitoring flock health and escalating concerns promptly
  • Helping standardise procedures and documentation across all sites
  • Assisting with training farm personnel on welfare and biosecurity compliance
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed activity records

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent communication, training, and coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
  • Sound judgement and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping systems
  • Flexibility to travel between farm sites regularly. This role will require interstate travel.
