About the Role As the Maintenance 2IC at our state-of-the-art Grading and Packing Floor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Maintenance Manager to execute maintenance plans and lead the maintenance team. This role ensures production runs seamlessly by driving efficiency, resource allocation, and operational reliability. Your daily tasks will include: - Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues to minimise downtime.
- Managing maintenance systems and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Supervising and supporting the maintenance team, including training and development.
- Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to address technical challenges.
- Supporting cross-functional teams during breakdowns and emergencies.
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in maintenance operations.
