Are you looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic agricultural environment? We are seeking a HR Truck Driver to play a key role in our daily egg collection operations. This role is essential in ensuring safe egg handling and transport while supporting the smooth flow of production in our free-range facility.

Our operations span a wide range of agricultural enterprises, including grain, compost, and feed mill operations. Daily Duties Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Operating the egg collection truck to transport eggs from free-range sheds to cold storage.
• Loading and unloading egg trolleys safely to minimize damage.
• Conducting routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the truck and ensuring hygiene standards are met.

Requirements of the Role:

• A reliable and self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
• A current HR license is essential.
• Experience in a similar role or within an agricultural setting is an advantage.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor repairs and equipment checks.
• Ability to work independently and follow hygiene and biosecurity protocols.
