About the Role We’re currently seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our operations at McLean Farms in Pittsworth. This is a full-time role, working on a rotating 7-day fortnight roster that includes every second weekend. Shifts are scheduled between 5:30am and 5:00pm, depending on daily operational needs. In this hands-on role, you’ll support the movement and handling of goods across our warehouse and production areas. You'll play an important part in maintaining the efficiency of our supply chain and ensuring products are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Key Responsibilities: - Operation of forklifts to assist with loading and unloading of goods, pallets, and stock
- Delivery of finished products, packaging, or materials to designated areas
- General warehouse duties including palletising and inventory movement
- Assisting Production Attendants with materials and tasks as required
What You’ll Bring: - A valid Forklift Licence
- Basic computer literacy
- A positive, ‘Can Do’ attitude and the ability to work cooperatively in a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accountability for your work
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills
