Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections to identify wear and tear

• Attend to breakdowns and assist with general repairs

• Inspect and assess farm facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Carry out pre-start checks on farm equipment

• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing
• Perform minor repairs, adjustments, and replacements on farm machinery, feeding systems, ventilation equipment, and other tools to minimise disruptions
• Monitor and maintain strict adherence to animal welfare standards and biosecurity protocols

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a maintenance role (highly advantageous)

• Maintain compliance with engineering standards, WHS regulations, and company policies, ensuring all work meets specifications and safety requirements.
• Liaise with engineering and equipment suppliers to support integration of new systems, upgrades, or modifications to existing machinery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise machinery performance and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain work areas, tools, and equipment in a safe, clean, and organised condition in line with workplace health and safety practices.
• Provide guidance and training to operators and production staff on basic equipment care, safe use, and reporting of maintenance issues.

About You:

• Advanced Diploma or Diploma in the relevant field of studies, or if no formal qualifications, at least 3 years relevant work experience required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant post graduate work experience required. 
• Proven experience with PLC programming and complex machinery maintenance
• Experience with MOBA machinery is desired
• Strong communicator, with the ability to write reports and liaise with various teams
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Confident using a range of computer programs

• Assist in planning and managing electrical resources required for new installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects, including establishing delivery and installation schedules for machinery, cables, switchgear and fittings.

• Supervise and support the operation and maintenance of plant electrical systems, distribution boards, and industrial equipment to ensure safe, compliant and efficient performance.

About the Role:

The Poultry Rearing Maintenance Person is responsible for supporting the rearing section through maintenance and livestock support. This role involves ensuring that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and operational, as well as assisting with the care and welfare of poultry. You will play a key role in supporting environmental compliance and advancing sustainability outcomes across our operations. This hands-on role is responsible for transporting eggs, poultry, feed, manure, packaging, and other materials across multiple sites ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with biosecurity and animal welfare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport eggs, poultry, feed, packaging, and manure between sites.
• Conduct vehicle pre-start checks, monitor refrigerated trailer temperatures, and maintain vehicles to a clean, safe standard.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring compliance with biosecurity and quality requirements.
• Complete delivery and weighbridge documentation accurately.
• Assist with urgent deliveries or collections as required, including weekends and public holidays.
• Coordinate with Workshop and Site Managers to ensure vehicle servicing and repair schedules are met.
• Maintain professionalism when representing the company on and off site.

About You

• Valid Heavy Combination (HC) licence (essential).
• Proven experience in transport, logistics, or agricultural haulage.
• Familiarity with refrigerated trailers, temperature monitoring, and load handling.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling and cleaning tasks.
• Strong focus on safety, biosecurity, and compliance.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Regular mowing of all grassed areas

• Regular precise spraying of areas to control vegetation

What You’ll Bring:
